Mon histoire

I spent a good chunk of my life in Dordogne, France. I grew up surrounded by castles and prehistorical painted caves, but also had the immense luck to spend three years living in Gabon, Africa. It took me a few failed dreams to get to the path I am on, and an impromptu road trip to the French Alps. Seeing the Mer de Glace for the first time convinced me in an instant that I wanted to study glaciers. After a quick and impactful detour through Norway and Svalbard, I ended up where I am currently living: Fairbanks, Alaska. I have the immense chance to be surrounded by loving friends and caring colleagues who know how to foster my curiosity and passion that guides me everyday through my science and art. Take your time to browse through this website! You will discover some summaries of my science projects, landscape photographs, and pet projects!
